As a lead conference supplier to several  blue chip clients, we offer a flexible and professional service. Our production team work closely with our clients, managing the project from conception through to delivery,  guiding every step of the way to achieve excellent results.

Project Management – Our Event Managers provide a personal and professional service - supervising the entire production from concept through to delivery.

Planning and Budgets – We will prepare and implement an effective plan to suit your budget and specific objectives.

Venue Finding – We will help you to find the best possible venue. Once selected, we will liaise closely with the venue, on your behalf. Pre event, we will inform them of all schedules and requirements. Once underway,  we will ensure that they deliver exactly what they have promised to do.

Set Design and Graphics – Our creative team have extensive experience and can create the perfect set for your event. Prior to building, we provide visual examples based on your room, budget and desired colour scheme.

Audio Visual Equipment - Our stock range of A-V equipment is high specification and well maintained. Visual images from Projectors and sound from Speakers will always be of the highest quality, delivering professional standard results, without compromise.

Set / Stage Lighting - To add effect to your one off set we can enhance the aesthetics with state of the art set and stage lighting including LED'S. We can also alter the room lighting to set a required tone.

PowerPoint Presentation – We can customise your graphics and presentations, formatting them prior to the event. We will also have operators during your event to assist with any amendments.

Pre/Post Event Video Editing – We can film prior to your event and add any clips to your presentation. Our technical team can also edit any filming post-event to produce first class DVDs.

Technical Staff - An expert team of operators will be on hand for the entire duration of your event; setting up all the equipment in advance to allow for rehearsals.

Professional Host / Compère - For the perfect touch for your event we can supply a professional host to run your event. Creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere.

Hospitality Staff - We also supply staff to take registration for your delegates and for general hospitality needs.

Photographer - Make sure you don't miss a thing by having our professional Photographer to capture the event and all those memorable occasions.

Live Camera Crew - We can also supply a camera crew and technician, so the event can be filmed for live playback around the room and recorded.

Event PCs - State of the art PC's will be on site to run the graphic side of the event.

Entertainment / Team Building - We have a range of quizzes, gameshows and breakout activities which can be incorporated into your event.
